Research Work

My research work focuses on the optimization of cache servers in Software-Defined Networking (SDN)-based Information-Centric Networking (ICN) for big data environments. By leveraging the advantages of ICN and the control provided by SDN, I have developed a novel cache server optimization framework. This framework considers factors such as content popularity, network topology, and traffic patterns to strategically place cache servers and enhance content delivery efficiency. Through extensive simulations and performance evaluations, my research demonstrates significant improvements in cache hit ratios, reduced network latency, and enhanced overall network performance. The findings of my research have implications for network operators, service providers, and researchers seeking to address scalability and performance challenges in modern networks.
